Refund Eligibility

We do provide refunds under the following conditions:

The item arrives defective or damaged.

The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

We do not provide refunds for:

Items that have been damaged, broken, or lost due to customer misuse.

Orders that are beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

Shipping fees, as they are non-refundable.

 

Refund Process

Provide clear photos of the item showing any defects or damage.

 

Return the Item

If approved, you will need to return the item in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You must use a trackable shipping service—we cannot process refunds for lost returns.

 

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

Approved refunds will be issued via original payment method within 3 days

Disputes & FPS Transactions

Ecoables is solely responsible for maintaining and processing any disputes and refund transactions related to FPS payments.

If you experience an issue with an FPS transaction, please contact our support team at support@hydrables.com assistance.

We proactively support consumer inquiries and aim to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.
